The casualty cost at Coronel was high, nearly 1,600 men, including
Admiral Cradock, two capital ships, and the pride of the Royal Navy,
although the latter was restored following the subsequent battle that
took place off the Falkland Island on December 8, 1915.
This section of this memorial site site gives you the opportunity
to see the faces of those who were lost, details of their families
and naval service. You also have the option of searching the database
of casualties, and then printing a Coronel Memorial Certificate for
any of those listed. |
